Silk Property Management is a family-run business based on the South Coast, providing professionally managed serviced accommodation for working professionals, contractors, insurance relocation clients and others who need a comfortable place to stay away from home.

We started Silk with a simple aim: to provide a professional, reliable property management service that works well for property owners, partners and guests alike.

Today, we manage a growing portfolio of properties across the South Coast, taking a hands-on approach to every property we look after.

We understand that trusting someone else with your property is a big decision.

That’s why we’ve deliberately kept our approach personal. We know the properties we manage, stay closely involved in their day-to-day running and build direct relationships with the property owners and letting agents we work with.

From making sure a property is properly prepared for a new guest to dealing with maintenance when something goes wrong, our focus is on doing the basics well and being there when we’re needed.

Silk Property Management is run by husband-and-wife team Darryl and Jess Silk. We’re both closely involved in the business, combining hands-on property management with a focus on building strong relationships with our property owners, partners and guests.

Darryl Silk

Founder & Director

Darryl founded Silk Property Management and leads the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. From bringing new properties on board to overseeing maintenance, operations and guest stays, he’s closely involved in making sure everything runs as it should. His hands-on approach means he knows the properties we manage inside out and has built a trusted network of local contractors and suppliers to help us maintain the standards we expect.

Jess Silk

Director

Jess works alongside Darryl on the growth and development of Silk Property Management, with a particular focus on our relationships with property owners, letting agents and business partners. With a background in marketing and client management, she leads our marketing and partnerships while also supporting the wider running of the portfolio, helping ensure the business continues to grow without losing the personal, responsive service that’s important to us.
